ETC VSD Oil-Free Rotary Screw Air Compressor
ADEKOM ET(EPM) series permanent magnet motor VSD oil-free rotary screw air compressor combines advanced VSD oil-injected screw compressor technology with the European-engineered ETC oil-free conversion system to deliver high-purity, oil-free compressed air with superior energy efficiency. Designed with a permanent magnet synchronous motor and vector control technology, these oil-free compressors adjust air capacity responsively according to varying system demand, ensuring constant pressure oil-free air supply while significantly reducing energy consumption.
Innovative Oil-Free Conversion Technology
At the heart of the ETC system is a proprietary, eco-friendly catalyst material that facilitates a catalytic oxidation reaction at a controlled reaction temperature. This process ensures:

Optimal Energy efficiency and outstanding reliability is achieved from patented design third generation non-symmetric robust rotors, superior bearings and oil seal that help the compressor airend to operate with good dynamic balance, low vibration, low rotation speed and low noise level.
Big capacity models adopt double cooling fan design. The first cooling fan starts up with the compressor and the second one starts up only when the operating temperature exceeds 80℃ and it stops when goes back below 70℃ in order to save energy.
It is controlled by a microcomputer and runs fully automatically. It detects the exhaust pressure, temperature and other operating data. Through the joint action of the microcomputer controller, frequency converter and frequency conversion motor, it outputs a constant exhaust pressure for the user. When the air is not used for a long time, it can automatically shut down and restart when the air is restored, thus achieving the purpose of energy saving (frequency conversion model); Chinese and English display, with 12 important indicator warnings; the display screen displays pressure, temperature, maintenance reminders, high temperature and high pressure records of the operation history for maintenance and reference, and can provide manual and automatic control functions to maximize the reliable operation of the air compressor and increase its service life.


Inside the catalytic conversion chamber, it is full of catalytic which is solid, highly porous system of mega-, macro-and micropores. The high porosity means also a high surface area of approx..200m2/g.
Chemical reaction the inside Eco Tec Converter is a physical-chemical process which uses this special catalyst to convert the oil and other hydrocarbons into water and CO2. After it has passed the Eco Tec Converter the quality of the absolutely oil free compressed air exceeds by the requirements of ISO 8573-1 class 1 standard.
