It is a high pressure & low velocity convey system and suitable for transporting difficult, abrasive or friable product. The system uses the compressed air or gas to push & transport the product. Have options to make the product travel like discrete slugs with additional interval pulsing air or gas to assist the conveying. The slower transport air or gas velocity, the lower product degradation and thus reduce the product segregation. It also reduce the wear on pipes & bends, helps minimum maintenance and promotes longer life of the convey system.
It uses high capacity vacuum pump to convey the product from the feeding hopper to the receiving hopper. The product being conveyed at low velocity thus reduced friction and breakup.Uses additional pulsing air or gas to assist the conveying product and look like discrete slugs.
It is generally used for transporting non difficult, non abrasive or non fragile product. It can be Pressure or Vacuum type.In dilute phase conveying, particles are fully suspended in the conveying air and transported at low pressure and high velocity.
